If you are adventurous and hardworking enough to devise your own cake/cupcake recipe (or modify an existing from scratch recipe), it occurred to me that one of these Godiva Chocolate liquors (http://www.godiva.com/beyond_chocolate/liqueur.aspx) might be good in it.
Funny that Godiva offers a line of chocolate liquors, and it has started selling cupcakes, but never combined the two.
I think the effect would be much like a White Russian Cake (which I once made for my brother's birthday). However, you might want the cupcakes to be for adults only if you don't believe the alcohol burns off in baking. :unsure:
