Dear friends,

i have an enquiries about this issue
normally 1 day after baking the cupcake, the surface become oily
and little bit melt :sad:

when the time i bake the cupcake, the surface is well bake.

what is the problem?
is it caused by baking time? or the recipe itself?

pls help :sad::sad:
