I like the idea of coming up with creative new cupcake ideas and even exotic ingredients, but some of these chefs on this show on the Food Network must be crazy. Pepper Jelly and Goat Cheese as a cupcake filling? Tobacco in cupcakes? What were these chefs thinking?
