Hi everyone,

this is my first post so I am hoping you can help. I have a problem with the consistency of the cupcake. I cook them untill they are light golden and sightly springy, but then when I have let them cool and try to remove them from the pan they are still quite squidgy at the bottom. I have tried turning the heat down a little and cooking them for a bit longer, but it's still the same.
Any one have any ides?
