This year DailyCandy turns 10 (we know; we can hardly believe it ourselves). Which means that since the olden days (2000!), we’ve had the continuous pleasure of meeting inspired, passionate entrepreneurs * and watching their ideas catch fire.
We’ve barely scratched the surface of the collective creativity out there. So as we close our first decade, we’re asking you, dear readers, to help us kick off the next one.
Are you a fledgling designer, sewing samples at night after your day job? Selling amazing peanut brittle at the local flea? Inventor of the most awesome app ever? Enter our Start Small, Go Big Contest by September 6.
One winner from each of our signature categories (fashion, food, and fun) will win a $10,000 trip to New York City, a write-up by DailyCandy editors, and a day at DailyCandy Academy, where you’ll mingle and brainstorm with the now-iconic entrepreneurs we knew way back when.
Our only requirement: Your service or product must help make life just a little bit sweeter. That’s what DailyCandy is about, after all.
