I have always loved making CupCakes... And I was out walking tonight and was wondering if there was a CupCake forum! And here I am!

welcome to the forum! I hope you get (and hopefully also share) some cupcake ideas using this forum. I've recently discovered the joy of exotic gourmet cupcakes, and living in NYC, I have access to several bakeries which either specialize in cupcakes or feature them as a prominent part of their business, so I have started bringing home new varieties to try rather than making the "same-old same-old" myself (the traditional time honored manner of cupcake production!)

Thank you Laura and Princess Cupcake! I wish I was in America - just for the CupCakes, I am from the Land Down Under, we have a lot of stores here too but they are about 2 hours from me.

I am also Wheat Intolerant so that makes it hard sometimes (but sometimes, I am just naughty and eat them anyway and suffer the consequences!!) so any ideas that you have would be handy!
