I'm Trudy, a 46 yr old pre school practitioner and I live in Kent about 35 miles away form London
I've only just started to make 'proper' cupcakes as all my attempts to decorate before left me failing. I got some hints and tips from a professional and found that I was using the wrong equipment and have gone from messy messes to fancy swirls in less than 2 seconds =)
I don't sell my cakes but take them into work for my colleagues to try - they are my taste testers
This weekend I'm trying my hand at using royal icing to make ghosts for Hallowe'en.
