Hi and hello ... :smile:
My name is Nicola - I am almost 28 years old, I am English born and bred, and now I live in Stuttgart, Germany. Which is a beautiful place to live!
I am VERY new to cupcake lurrrrrrve ... so new infact - the oven is still cold. :rolleyes:
I got a little bit obsessed about cupcakes about 3 weeks ago, when I was looking through flickr and I saw the most amazing cupcakes, then I bought a recipe book whilst I was back in England over Christmas ... and I was also bought a food processor/mixer for Christmas ... hook, line, sinker ... now obsessed!
I am dreaming about them ... it is my first day back in germany afer the Holidays, and here I am working ... ahem, surfing the net on my lunchbreak... to find other like minded people. All i wanted to do this morning was stay at home and BAKE!
luckily for me though - Wednesday is a national holiday here in Germany ... so I will be spending all day in the kitchen!
I am also obsessed with beads, making beads, making jewellery - and for sure beads and baking will not mix! (we can't be having beadies in the cupcakes now can we?! *lol* )
So, I am looking forward to integrating with you all, sharing ideas, recipes and photographs. I do my best not to be a fair-weather forumer ... so hopefully you will see me more and more! If any of you are on flickr as well, let me know - and i will love to add you as a contact
