www.facebook.com/layerscupcakes. Secondly, to answer your question as to our process we use liquid brewed tea in the batter as well as ground tea. We grind it so that our customers do not encounter large bits which are chewy or hard to digest and because grinding actually brings our the flavor in the tea while the cupcakes are baking. As far as the other ingrediens we use, I'm not sure what you would want to "stay away from" but we use ingredients that elevate and highlight the flavors in the tea rather than step on them. I've traveled extensively and studied food and have an appreciation for the simplicity of ingredients so I always want them to shine. Additionally, I spent a month in China sampling teas and learning about tea, spending a week at a restaurant where they cook with tea as part of their menu so I learned alot about this artful and delicious way of cooking.
